The website is operated by FORAA PARIS, based in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, India. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FORAA PARIS. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Accuracy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, packaging, and notes of our products. However, as scent is subjective and screen displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.

  • Limited Availability: Certain products or services (such as Limited Edition scents) may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

  • Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

 

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

     

  • International Shipping: Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

     

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from FORAA PARIS are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

     

5. Returns & Refunds (Hygiene Policy)

Due to the nature of our products (personal fragrance), we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used bottles for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@floraaparis.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Unopened Returns: Unopened, originally sealed boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery at the customer’s shipping expense.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and digital downloads, is the property of FORAA PARIS and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not use our logo or trade dress in connection with any product or service that is not ours.

7. Limitation of Liability

FORAA PARIS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.
